Devoluciones y Elegibilidad<\/h2>\n

Cuentas con un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 30 d\u00edas a partir de la fecha de compra para devolver un producto. Para ser elegible para una devoluci\u00f3n, el art\u00edculo debe estar sin usar, sin abrir, en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibiste y en su empaque original con todos los sellos de protecci\u00f3n intactos. Debido a las normas de higiene y seguridad sanitaria que regulan los productos cosm\u00e9ticos, no podemos aceptar devoluciones ni emitir reembolsos por productos que hayan sido abiertos, probados o alterados.<\/p>\n

Costos de Env\u00edo por Devoluci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n

T\u00fa ser\u00e1s responsable de pagar tus propios costos de env\u00edo para devolver el art\u00edculo. Los costos de env\u00edo originales no son reembolsables. Art\u00edculos Da\u00f1ados, Defectuosos o Incorrectos<\/h2>\n

Si tu producto llega da\u00f1ado durante el trayecto, est\u00e1 defectuoso o recibiste un art\u00edculo incorrecto, por favor notif\u00edcalo dentro de las 48 horas posteriores a la entrega. En estos casos espec\u00edficos, Miriam's Touch cubrir\u00e1 los gastos de env\u00edo para enviarte un producto de reemplazo sin costo adicional.<\/p>\n

Proceso de Reembolso<\/h2>\n

Una vez que recibamos e inspeccionemos el art\u00edculo devuelto, te enviaremos un correo electr\u00f3nico para notificarte que lo hemos recibido. Tambi\u00e9n te informaremos sobre la aprobaci\u00f3n o rechazo de tu reembolso seg\u00fan las condiciones del producto. Si es aprobado, tu reembolso se procesar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente y se aplicar\u00e1 un cr\u00e9dito a tu m\u00e9todo original de pago a trav\u00e9s de PayPal dentro de unos d\u00edas, dependiendo de los tiempos de procesamiento de tu instituci\u00f3n financiera.<\/p>\n

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.<\/li>\r\n
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\r\n
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Refunds<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Gifts<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
