Thank you for shopping at Miriam's Touch. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our botanical skincare products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help you with our returns process.

Returns and Eligibility

You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase to return a product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all protective seals intact. Due to hygiene and safety regulations governing cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened, used, or altered.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged during transit, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us immediately at hello@miriamstouchbeauty.com with your order number and photo evidence of the damage. In these specific cases, Miriam's Touch will cover the shipping expenses to send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment via PayPal within a certain number of days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
